Summary

Planning

  • Providing insight to media campaigns and present ideas accordingly
  • Building a base strategy and the rationale based on the brief or the agency initiated proposal.
  • Defining target audiences against client goals and consult the agency’s history of   

              placements.

  • Building a proper RFP seeking the best sites, the most precise page placements and

              appropriate 

  •     mix to form the plan.
  • Develop online media plans and creative strategy/concepts for client accounts
  • Understand and actively seek online media solutions to assist clients in achieving specific

              goals  objectives

  • Work closely with Creative team to organize creative specifications for media placements
  • Maintain knowledge of major ad serving platforms
  • Gathering and updating publisher information and statistics on a monthly basis.

Buying

Managing all aspects of partner relationship including rate negotiations, new opportunities, campaign

    placements, contract negotiations, etc. 

Negotiating with online media owners.

Dealing with multiple negotiations at the same time with different clients / criteria.

Translating the plan into the best possible realization.

Sending and follow up on the RFPs and securing the best rates, placements and creative units

    available for the client.

Receiving media budget proposals from online media owners and evaluating proposals for the

Delivering online media buys to support customer acquisition and transaction goals at allowable

Evaluating and executing new media opportunities for growth.

Developing market strategy and positioning to grow inventory and publisher relationships within the

    interactive marketplace.

Campaign management

Ensuring that every aspect of publishing is a controlled and smoothing process leaving no room for mistakes.

Monitoring existing media buys and optimizes site / format selection and placements using third party and campaign tracking tools for improvement vs. the client’s desired goal.

Preparing weekly and post campaign reports as well as the final campaign analysis for clients.

Identifying implications from all relevant stable data points and make the appropriate adjustments to improve / optimize the campaign.

Negotiating and resolving media discrepancies with websites
