In 2008, Inder Singh moved into his executive role with Cisco Systems, leaving Lehman Brothers Holding, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President of Data Networking and Wireline Equipment. In his new position, Mr. Singh has led Cisco's key processes in finance and strategy, in addition to co-chairing the firm’s investment review board. Inder Singh is also responsible for prioritizing Cisco’s large-scale investments each year, which involves the management of funds exceeding $20 billion annually.
Inder Singh’s educational foundation began at Columbia University in New York City, where he received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Engineering. After Columbia, Inder Singh went on to earn a Master of Business Administration in Finance from New York University while working for American Express as a Senior Financial Analyst. The company promoted Mr. Singh to Manager of Business Planning during his two-year span with the company before he accepted a job with AT&T/Lucent Technologies.
