About Me

I view myself as a holistic thinker, someone who is focused on constant improvement of work procedures in order to make them more effective and less time-consuming. My interests may be seen as unconventional but they are the result of constant search for personal improvement. 

Staying informed, being courageous and maintaining image as one of the team performers are my main goals in my current company and I plan to stay true to them.  I also try to share those values with other coworkers, since I believe that creation of healthy work environment is crucial to any company's success. 

Pretty much each of my career steps I have made so far, intentionally or not, I perceive as a lifelong lesson for my future goal, which is becoming a respectable senior worker, team leader or manager that would be capable of leading his own and his team's work to a greater success.

- Sometimes I may sound indecisive if asked to bring out opinion I am not so well informed of 

- Due to amount of time and required workload, I may compensate quality over quantity 

- Can be confrontational if the procedures or working tasks are not result proof
