- Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting
- Negotiate and resolve all customer concern.
- When necessary, estimate change orders for assigned projects LV, HV & EHV.
- Manage all jobs closeout procedure.
- Handling Civil Works also (Block, Plaster, Tiles & Painting Works)
- Manage weekly meeting in site office with Engineers and other staffs about ongoing projects with details.
- Visit all the work site and check all over work with safety and advice to foreman about work.
- Provide coaching/ counseling to our foreman & Supervisors.
- Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry.
- Worked as a Business Development Manager also for Civil & Electrical Works, to provide the Heavy equipments for Civil and ELV items for Electrical ongoing work.
- Make Quotation with all related our works with best offer.
- To take the confirmation from our Main Contractors & Inspection team.
- Provide the electrical manpower to work in different locations as per required.
- Generate and submit the weekly project status and progress reports to senior level management to support business directives.
