Programmer / Analyst

TRED Software

This self-employed position allows me to assist local business succeed by acting as their IT consultant, business analyst, systems analyst and programmer.  As well as planning and implementing IT infrastructures, I have also had the privilege of developing and managing some home-grown software solutions.  A few of them are:

Kenton Environmental's office management tool.  I worked with the staff at Kenton Environmental to understand their business of land reclaimation.  Using this understanding I was able to develop a staff time entry system which incorporated their billing and records management.  It streamlined their data management, as well as helped recoup lost billable hours which otherwise would be lost revenue.

Denstor Storage Systems. Denstor is a company which manufactures on-track shelving units that needed assistance in tracking their inventory and production orders.  After understanding their business flow from order taking to production to shipping, I was able to create a PC based management system which allowed Denstor to migrate to a paperless inventory management system.

Library-Easyware.  This library circulation and inventory management system is designed for small to medium libraries.  It helps manage the entire life-cycle and circulation of library materials as well as patron memberships, library budgeting, automated patron email notifications, and a dynamic circulation reporting tool.
