I scheduled out-patient procedures for three major area hospitals. I correctly and efficiently handled department scheduling conflicts between physician offices and hospitals. I took a great amount of care in assuring that any patient who called to schedule their procedure was immediately put at ease. I enjoyed working with department heads to establish the first comprehensive Centralized Scheduling manual for the department. I had the pleasure of working with some great women at the hospital.
