§Deliver the annual People Plan (100% compliance) aligned to the Business Plan

§Support successfully business changes such as organizational, governance and potential divestment processes

§Communicate and implement HR core processes and programs such us performance management, job evaluation, recruitment activities

§Manage appropriate Attraction & Recruitment strategies to support the business requirements

§Act as a strong HR focal point within the Management Team ensuring People Agenda is discussed regularly

§Participate in the Collective Bargain Agreement negotiation. Engage employee representatives

§Lead with the General Manager the communication plan ensuring annual activities to enable a two-way communication culture across the business

§Manage relationship with local lawyers to ensure as reasonable as possible control on liabilities
