Caddo Exploration is a recently formed oil and gas upstream Exploration Company focused on acquiring and developing properties in republics of the former Soviet Union. The role was focused on pursuing opportunities in Turkmenistan, which contain significant untapped resources of both oil and gas.

The primary objective was to create vehicle for the acquisition of oil and gas licenses with minimal or no proven reserves, and the subsequent exploration and development of the underlying fields.

-  Key member of the team that proposed and negotiated Shell’s position in the Trans Caspian Gas Pipeline Consortium and Strategic Alliance Agreement for upstream gas production in Turkmenistan. These positions were represent significant commercial value and were gained with relatively little expenditure. Shell still enjoys a strong relationship of trust with key Government officials.
