Monitoring and maintaining the Sophos Endpoints and Antivirus within organizations. Installing and configuring Antivirus systems, diagnosing Antivirus faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or face to face. Working with customers/employees to identify Antivirus problems and advising on the solution. Logging and keeping records of customer queries. Log Analysis will be done based on the issue. Updating self-help documents so customers can try to fix problems themselves. Working with field engineers to visit customers if the problem is more serious. Testing and fixing malfunctioning Antivirus.
