Ventas y Servicios, S.A.

Served as the President for one of the most important financial holding companies in Colombia.  Responsible for the positioning of the company as the first direct marketing and sales outsourcing company.  Specialized in database, telemarketing, sales and customer relationship management.  Created outbound telemarketing programs for client activation, client retention, retail distributors and integrated health services. 


- Led V&S to rank between the best 100 companies in Latin America, getting the 2006 Business Success Award and #10 between the top 1000 companies with best performance in Colombia.

- Developed acquisition and loyalty programs that multiplied V&S growth, up to 40% only in one year.

-Profit margin also increased from 7% to a 12%.

Accountable for the development of direct marketing strategies, including database management, communications, mailing, fulfillment and telemarketing services for clients of the firm.  Promoted B2B abd B2C marketing strategies for national product launches.


- Evangelize the usage of Data base for B2B and B2C.

- Open more than 4,000 credit cards in 4 months, 10 % conversion rate.

Senior Commercial Manager:

Responsible for developing customized systems and information for specific client needs.  Served as the manager for three operating divisions within the company.  Developed and implemented the strategic plan for marketing, operations, finance and sales. 

Compulaser Division Manager: created, launched and commercialized specialized high end printing system to expedite billing statements for financial institutions and governmental sectors.

Datacredito Sr. Manager: Responsible of business profitability. Consolidated Datacredito as the first Company in financial information and Credit reports.


Great business contribution to Computec, profits volume increased 42% in three consecutive years.
