I am senior technical service, operational, and project managerwith 11 years experience in the telecommunications and IT industries. I have implemented 50+ projects starting from Datawarehousing & ERP solutions to a full scale Billing Platform Integration in 19 sites simultaneously ($5 mm project) in all Latin America.

I have worked on both sides of the road as a provider for Ericsson, Comverse, and TOA and as a customer for Millicom Mobile in Honduras. As a provider I had the position of Senior Service Technical Manager, and as a customer I was the CIO of a major operator in Central America. To live and work “side by side” with the Latin American operators taught me their business culture and developed personal contacts with all of them (Movistar, Telefónica, Millicom, and Claro carriers).

Fully motivated by challenge and creativity, I am a strong team leader capable of directing remote and onsite human resources from multiple disciplines and departments (technical, sales, customer service, R&D, marketing).

Fluent in Spanish, English, French and intermediate in Portuguese.
