Established and developed carrier development team effort in cost reduction. Established shipment tracking function of growth.Managed over $40M in annual spending, up from original $1.75M at the start. Developed and trained team for effective problem solving and to ensure the on-time delivery of client’s shipments through aggressive tracking functions, creative shipment rescue protocols, and carrier relationship management. Managed 15 direct reports which included 3 supervisors. Responsible for developing goals for each of my reports and analyze their progress on a quarterly basis.

Instituted carrier scorecard program to provide carrier's "On Time" delivery performance for visibility. Drove service improvements by developing a daily scorecard and issue reports, listing issues, resolution, and any additional cost. Developed and used carrier on-time performances scorecard during carrier cost negotiations.
