I am in charge and responsible for the welfare and training of 40 soldiers in a petroleum unit. I am tasked with maximizing unit performance in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment to achieve goals, vision and objectives of senior leadership as well as aiding and supporting leadership in decision making with coordinated intelligence pertinent to readiness and mission success.
