For over 29 years I've been successful in all aspect of selling high performance luxury consumer electronics products both as an individual salesperson and working through others, communicating technical information and concepts as well as establishing and managing interpersonal relationships. I've met or exceeded sales goals heading a factory-direct sales department and managing independent manufacturers' representative sales forces.

While the organizational structures were different the manner in which I achieved my goals remained the same. My sales success has always been based on identifying my client's needs and helping them to achieve their goals by supplying them the business reasons and product knowledge required to make the best purchasing decision.

Selling is teaching - communicating the value. When done with a high level of integrity and a sincere desire to provide the client with the best solutions - everyone involved benefits. And they are motivated to work together again.

My proven approach to managing people is similar. I help them to be successful by guiding and encouraging them to analyze the obstacles and develop solutions to achieve their goals while holding them accountable for their performance and decisions.
