Operations analyst 1

Wells Fargo

Queried different SQL databases in Crystal Reports regarding role of forbearance agreements in credit card department and then analyzed data in MS Excel using statistical tools for quality control. Worked closely with collections operations teams as well as tech support members to achieve goals and meet deadlines. But my ultimate goals were to prepare visual representations of data, using Powerpoint and Vizio charts, with interpretations and clearly identified trends. At any given time, I was working on few different monthly and weekly reports and datasets for different purposes, while at the same time answering requests for ad-hoc charts for special requests.
