Profile

I am an organizational development practitioner who crafts prescriptive interventions and strategies to help individuals and teams to meet professional and personal goals. My core competency is in leadership coaching with a specialty in management.  Building organizational capacity through employee engagement and job satisfaction is a central feature of my practice. I use coaching and assessment as the primary learning modalities in private consultation and group settings.
