Manage the project initiation, planning, and monitoring.
Manages the communication and coordination of technical issues with external project teams.
Prepares periodic reports the Project Manager.
Accountable for quality control of design, process and contract documents.
Manages due diligence activities and ensures the projects is in compliance with codes and regulations.
Assists client in preparation of documents for the application permits.
Manages project correspondences.
Assists, coordinates, and follow-up, in the project billing.
Prepares punch list reports and recommends project close out.
Endorses working drawings / construction documents to Quality Assurance Department for checking.
Coaches/counsels/mentors staff on firm’s standards and procedures.
Monitors staff performance, skills, and develop strategies for career advancement.
Assist in the resource management.
Maintain awareness of design concept and issues.
Direct or participate with in-house document completion and coordination.
Prepare and monitor project schedules and deadlines, resolve scheduling issues and coordinate them with project team members.
Coordinate and review cost plan with cost consultant to ensure that the project is within the budget.
