All three of the projects in my portfolio encourage me to experiment with technology that I knew existed yet had never tried to use before.By learning the basics of the technology, I am confident that I can incorporate these into my classroom instruction.

The technology project gave me a format for instructing students on how to use technology. The writing wiki, or any wiki really, will encourage students to discuss, interact, and collaborate on projects to achieve a particular goal. The creation of a class website and a video clip encourages me to post assignments and links for my students.Using the flip cameras and movie maker will also motivate my students, as they love to use technology as much as possible.

I feel that the quality of my most of these assignments is excellent. One exception is the video clip for my thematic unit. After watching the finished product, I realized that I can really improve the timing and creativity of my introduction.I was simply trying to learn the basics of movie maker, but I can do more next time.
