Regional Sales Manager

• Handle complete Regional Market and Responsible for Sales & Marketing.
• Manage all Sales related activities covering area mapping & coverage, setting monitoring and achievement of targets
• Monitor weekly & Monthly Sales Targets (MTD & YTD).
Plan & implement New Distributors Infrastructure for Market coverage.
• Merchandising excellence on visibility.
• Establish strong Route to-market / Distributor Management.
• Stock management, ensure Products Availability & Markets Development, Competition tracking. Develop & recommend trade schemes for sales promotion.
• Implement & monitor trade schemes. Work closely with market development, implementation & monitoring of various Territory activities.
• Develop relationships with key Outlets in organized retail & drive sales in this segment.
• Implementation of sales management, training of Area Sales Managers & Territory Sales Officer & Distributors Sales force- People management.
• Responsible for sales increase and secondary sales thru Area Sales Manager's & Territory Sales Officers.
• Look after total Distributors and part of Modern trade reporting to GM Sales & Marketing.
• Ensure Company’s Targets, Primary & Secondary Sales Volume & Value Achievement of Distributors Business planning & Daily Forecasting.
• Handle Distributors network to achieve company's objectives.
• Design action plans to achieve sales targets and try to maintain it.
• Use resources (chillers, publicity & other benefits to distributors/retailers).
• Develop agreements with potential and key customers for business development and contract negotiations.
• Measure distributor effectiveness in merchandising and sales activities.
• Assign work, developed objectives and managed overall performance of sales staff.
• Ensure distributors to maintain product inventory levels and inventory rotation.
• Manage activity of sales programs, new schematics, pricing etc.
Manage and direct the concerned reports and submit all reports as required.
