·Collaboration with two major Seattle institutions, the Experience Music Project (EMP) and the Pacific Science Center, resulted in several innovative specialty camps.

·Invitation to the Olympia YMCA’s to enter a partnership with Camp Colman, which resulted in 15% participation growth from those branches.

·Created an alliance with the American Cultural Exchange and private schools in Taiwan to bring international campers to summer camp.

·Involved with the camp's designation as a New Jersey "Green Acres" site which resulted in $2.5 million of government funds.

·Successfully led camp through the American Camping Association accreditation process.
