• Worked with management on corporate and brand development, messaging, positioning and implementing consistent corporate look and feel.
• Developed and implemented company’s marketing communications plan to enhance the impact of marketing activities and increase name recognition for company product and services; managed budget of over RM3 Million; Headed team of 4.
• Responsible to develop business and marketing plans, designed and executed marketing plan to drive traffic to outlets and enhance company's sales revenue objectives.
• Interact internally and externally with various groups in the TM Sales and Services, TM Group and Subsidiaries including Executive Level management, along with external agencies/vendors.
• Managed all corporate communications planning to ensure consistency of messaging of all outbound communications and branding.
• Set directions, lead and implement marketing communications and PR activities from TM Group, operating companies, local and regional office.
• Managed Marcom team in collaterals design, content development and production and trade event messaging and design.
• Advised Product Managers in product promotion positioning and strategic planning sessions; responsible for product and sales launches.
