  • Project managed the enterprise deployment of Credit-Suisse's 30,000 PC deployments across the Americas and Europe, 3 weeks ahead of schedule. Executed the full project lifecycle to plan, develop, and execute the project plan.
  • Staffed & managed a multi-national team of 6 project managers, 1 technical lead, 3 Altiris Engineers, & 20 support technicians. Four technicians were brought on for permanent assignment with the clients.
