Responsible for: Creating, updating and editing content on the website for the Wisconsin Mellophones. Redesigned website and layout in summer of 2009, including creating graphics, banners, basic layout scheme and CSS. Also in charge of much of the photography that is featured on the website.  Created Flickr account to efficiently stream season photos for users with varying levels of internet connection speed.

Planned and executed various fundraising efforts for the UW-Madison chapter of PRSSA throughout the year. Tasks included networking with area business owners and professionals, record-keeping and organization during the various fundraisers, and promotional efforts before and during the events.Created and maintained a membership database containing contact information as well as current member activity records. Used this database, among other things, to determine active membership and create personalized letters of recommendation for outstanding members at the end of the 2010 academic year. Played a large role in organizing the Spring Awards Banquet, including making catering arrangements, designing program and award templates using InDesign, and writing personalized recommendation letters for a total of 27 active members.

Initiating contact with participants in a clinic setting, at health fairs, via phone and email and other outlets in order to recruit them for studies; following up on a regular basis once this contact has been made.
