+6 years intensive dealer development experience with blue chip premium brands including Volvo Cars, Jaguar and Land Rover automobiles as well as GE Security products for indsutrial and civial application. I gain the solid experience of assisting management in making decision on recruiting and assessing new business partners and as such it concerns many business cases. During this period, I had the experience of setting up National Sales Company for premium brands under the circumstance of Automotive Distribution Management Policy (ADMP) as well as developing new dealers under such regulation in timely manner. During the past few years, I also had firsthand experience to deal with importers and to transit their historical dealers to NSC smoothly. Above 3 years of product development and product planning and management experience in both commercial vehicle segments-Volvo AB Bus and luxury / premium segments like Jaguar cars. To highlight, when I was Jaguar Product Marketing Manager, I took a key role to help China market launch the strategic long wheel based XJL Sovereign and made a robust foundation for Jaguar cars to develop in E/F segment. I normally started my professional career with ASIMCO an automotive indsutrial products group and kept working with it for+3 years. During this period, I was granted lots of opportunity to develop myself from working in factory as a Jack installer to business analyst in Sales Company for Sales Director. Then half a year later, I was promoted to Deputy Marketing Manager to help management team to develop international market and clients including Bosch, Honeywell, Dana, Lucas, etc. In 2001, I worked with Vice GM to set up a new sales office in Shanghai and afterwards I worked as Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager until Q1 in 2002.
