Provided a source for customer service. Worked with Managers and a few other crewmembers on ways to increase the efficiency and service of the business. Made pizza dough, assembled pizzas on a food line, baked pizzas in stone oven, and ran cash register for the business, depending on where I was needed.
As far as academic interests are concerned, I enjoy studying Economics and its applications in the real world. One of the main things I enjoy about attending DePauw University is how the liberal arts education encourages me to take on different and challenging courses. It was through trying out different fields of study that I have found my passion for Economics. I am very good with numbers, but I never found joy in working through boring Calculus problems. Economics provides me with the opportunity to put my skills to good use, while finding ways to implement them for the greater good of the economy, and consequently, our world.
Apart from academics, I enjoy playing sports. I am a member of the DePauw University Varsity Soccer program, Club Lacrosse team, and a multitude of Intramural athletic teams through my Fraternity, Beta Theta Pi. Being from Colorado, I have developed a love for snowboarding, and I tend to spend most of my breaks from school snowboarding in Breckenridge. Other than that, I am a very social person, and I like to be around other people, enjoying life to the fullest.
