Established in 2004, our mission is to provide affordable, creative solutions to individuals, industry and government by using the latest networking technologies and by avoiding the additional overheads and eco-costs often associated with physical offices.

Individually, we are seasoned experts in our respective fields. Collectively, we compete with High Street agencies at one third of the cost.

Digital is no longer an add on for brand's advertising, it can lead campaigns and doggartadams knows it.

Our digital team takes campaigns in innovative directions engaging audiences with strategic and creative work.

My role is to liaise and project manage of our creative associates and client tasks as well as complete assigned graphic design, photography and AV work to deadline.

I have strong conceptual design and writing skills. I am also an expert in Photoshop, Indesign, GoLive, Illustrator, Flash, After Effects, Premier and Avid systems.

Director Enterprise Training, I was responsible for developing and managing Dalet product training programs for broadcast and new media clients including BBC, Disney, ABC, SABC and many others.  

I worked closely with the engineering and sales teams to assess training needs, methods and of delivery. All of our educational and support programs ensured customers achievement maximum benefit from the software implementation. The programs included technical administrator training as well as basic and advanced product training in New York, Washington and Paris, France. It was also important to build strong working relationships with our clients and training partners and to promote awareness of our services to customers through internal sales.

Primary tasks included:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to scope, develop, and implement product training programs and assessment tools
  • Manage and maintain training websites, training collateral, and programmatic communications to partners

Responsible for the content of broadcasts via TV, radio, the internet and other mobile platforms.

Responsibilities included:

  • Generating and researching ideas for programmes and pitching for commissions
  • Developing content, writing material for scripts, bulletins and links
  • Sourcing potential contributors and interviewees
  • Selecting music and imagery appropriate to the programme, the audience and the station
  • Producing pre-production briefings for presenters, reporters, technical staff and other contributors
  • Managing the logistics of getting people, resources and equipment together to the right place at the right time
  • Undertaking editing, interviewing and reporting duties as necessary
  • Presenting programmes or managing presenters for both pre-recorded and recorded output
  • Checking that copyrights are cleared and that output meets legal guidelines
  • Converting text, graphics, video and audio files into other formats
  • Contributing to and making use of an archive of audio resources which can be re-used
  • Responding to audience feedback, referring on to other departments as necessary
  • Producing and making use of user-generated content, for example vox pops
  • Using technology, such as Dalet, Radioman, Cool Edit Pro, Protools and Adobe Audition, for editing and production purposes
  • Ensuring that health and safety standards and trade union requirements are met.

I also played a leading role during the implementation of new digital technologies and working practices within the BBC.
