Following up & controlling all reservations received from the front office, setting them up on the System(Oracle), receiving amounts and determining payment methods. Handling all journal entries' settlements in the account. Investigating about owners' and leaseholders' complaints and reporting to the accounts manager and GM about each separate case in order to take the necessary measurements. Compiling and checking daily record sheets/system, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using either computerized or manual systems.
