Directed hardware acquisition, data center configuration and SAN installation with our i3 technical staff. Was the main contact person for PHP senior staff and other 3rd party resources.

Misys EMR Grand Rapids, MI - Lead analyst for Physician Enterprises (3 Physician offices or larger) seeking into implement a new Electronic Medical Record system. Efficiency analysis and recommended and tested EMR Templates for patient examination.

Dermatology Associates - Grand Rapids, MI - Hardware infrastructure and Patient Scheduling system upgrades. Directed i3 resources and worked with technical staff to offer EMR solution.

Reviewing all Dependent Demand and Forecast time-fences for Kraft Spoonable (Mayo, Cheeze Whiz and Miracle Whip), Pourable (Salad Dressings) and Dinner (all Mac and Cheese) business. Reviewed and made changes to National Product Planner (NPPs) Forecast, Consumption, Cycle Counting, Safety Stock, Lead Times, Rounding Values, Safety Times, Cycle Counts, Material moves, staging and TECO Process Order and yield corrections. Achieved 10 Xs ROI in materials planning savings, production scheduling accuracy and efficiency

One-on-One user interaction with supply chain management staff and MRP Planners. Review SAP Master Data for accuracy and validation of Module (MM and PP) setup at several Kraft Food plants.
