Direct response marketing expert Ian Eisenberg founded and built several companies during his career. He enjoys being a mentor for entrepreneurial groups, creating new business niches, and creating jobs for people throughout the world.
Ian Eisenberg received his higher education at the University of Washington, where he graduated with a double major in business finance and humanities. After college, he launched a career establishing a series of successful ventures. He founded Japan Communication International while living abroad in Tokyo, and the company worked closely with partner NTT Communications, the Japanese telecom giant, to establish communications on Japan’s Q2 network. Seventy-five employees in eight regional offices reported to Ian Eisenberg, who ran the company from 1991 to 1998. During this same period, Ian Eisenberg also started a venture based in the United States, Islands Telephone Company. The Seattle-based company’s more than 300 clients used the company as an International Service Bureau for the management of audio texts. With offices in the United States, Canada, Guyana, Georgia, Antigua, Nicaragua, and Grenada, Ian Eisenberg’s company was a true multinational that achieved success with his strategic leadership and strong negotiation skills.
In 1995, Ian Eisenberg founded another telecommunications company, Mirage Marketing Inc. He split his time between his three enterprises, which required his skill in task delegation and prioritization. Mirage Marketing was a telemarketing Service Bureau that stood at the forefront of the move to interactive voice response (IVR) technology and developed better ways to integrate telemarketing into other applications and services.
An avid hiker, Ian Eisenberg can claim Mt. Rainier and Mt. Kilimanjaro as two of his most notable mountain peak conquests. Ian Eisenberg is a proud supporter of charitable organizations including the Boys & Girls Club.
