Key Achievement-Finish jobs within given targets and to a high specification. Being able to work 12 hour nightshifts and maintain high standards.

Ensuring all lesson plans included Health & Safety and that everyone adhered to safeguarding policy. Development of portfolios to high standards, so clients could achieve, also track their progress. Key Achievement-Worked for the company as a trainer when they achieved grade 1 from Ofsted visit. I also piloted and standardized qualification for school pupils. Developed a scheme of work to ensure timely achievement of award for all learners.

My duties included ripping old windows out and replacing with UPVC frames, glazing new windows, trimming and sealing them with silicone and small gap sealant. I worked as part of a team and on own displaying confidence. Other responsibilities included assisting the fitter with doors, conservatories, and some rendering and brickwork.
