Worked as an assistant the Director and Master Teacher in an early childhood classroom. The program is headed by the Executive Director of The Early Childhood Leadership Institute. 

  • Assisted in lesson planning, curriculum development and revision of school standards.
  • Lead team during the summer program. Wrote daily journals, weekly newsletters, led staff meetings, created student portfolio's and oversaw the staff.
  • Collaborated with teaching team members to implement dynamic daily programs for children in conjunction with the Reggio-Emilia approach
  • Served as technical liaison in the facility (including fixing hardware, and teaching staff how to use software).
