Personal Statement:

I like to put my hand to anything, enjoying challenges; being sensitive, diplomatic and aware of cultural differences, and comfortable in a multi ethnic environment I work well in a team setting, appreciating input, help and encouragement from team members. I can be left to work independently being trusted to follow company procedures and policies. Working well in a group setting but also I encourage one 2 one interaction. I can act calmly in a crisis and am reliable, where I can be counted on to help; I can also lead and be led to achieve individual, team & organisational targets and goals. I would be an asset to the role within Candy Hero espesialy within your dispatch department with my previous experience working within the community sector and Youth work especially with the NCS, already understanding the importance of the role within your company and organizational expectations. As a can do person I like to be at the front line helping people. In a hectic environment I can think on my feet and usually be prepared for all situations and outcomes which help me present with passion and with a smile on my face in difficult subjects and circumstances.

Personal interests: Besides from helping out with Sorted 2 and helping with our parenting groups, I am an active Community member and help out as much as I can within the Bradford District, serving on our homeless projects to collecting for our foodbank. I attend a Church in Bradford called the light, and active in the community, I am a dedicated football fan following Local teams to most home games with the odd away game for a treat. I also enjoy being on my PC, discovering new things on the internet, social networking and about to start a stealth camp Vlog/Blog. I enjoy swimming; walking, camping and most other outdoor pursuits especially bush craft/wild camping. I like to socialise well with my peer group and like to meet new people. I love to entertain people at my home with large BBQ’s in summer and Christmas/winter Warmers open house, often catering for 60+.
