Summary

I am a driven, ambitious and enthusiastic person with a very positive outlook on life. Through my Law degree and work to date my powers of reasoning, clarity of thought and the ability to analyze and express complicated ideas have greatly improved. I have learned to work under pressure and to deadlines and how to assimilate large amounts of information. I have excellent communication skills and am always prepared to go the extra mile to get the job done. I am looking for employment in the financial services or insurance sector and I hope to work for a progressive organization that will enable me to develop my skills and to build a long lasting and successful career.

Interest

I graduated from The Catholic University School in 2004. I captained the schools senior cup in my final year having being a member of the squad for the previous three years. I was named the Players, Player of the Year and was selected in the Leinster Schools Squad also.

Sport still plays a large part in my life. I actively follow many different sports including soccer and GAA. In 2004 I was offered a scholarship to join St. Mary’s College RFC in Templeogue. St. Mary’s play in Division 1Aof the All-Ireland League. They are the only Leinster club to have won the competition in 2000 captained by former Ireland international Trevor Brennan. We are a semi-professional side and train four to five evenings a week.

Being part of a successful organization such as St. Mary’s has thought me many things; the importance of teamwork, planning long and short-term goals and the ability to balance my sporting, academic, professional and personal life. It has also improved my leadership skills and I am a more confident and out-going person.

I also enjoy a passion for reading and am really interested in world politics, economics and current affairs.
