Career Summary

A recent  Mechatronics (Automotive)graduate expected in September 2015 with a 3.27/4.00 CGPA honours degree from the Universiti Kuala Lumpur Malaysian Spanish Institute, looking to secure a Graduate Engineer position to utilize my current technical skills and knowledge with experience as a Test Engineer intern for Passive Safety group at Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional Sdn. Bhd. (PROTON), and also help me to further develop these skills in a practical plus fast-paced environment. Possess of knowledge in UN ECE Regulations, ASEAN NCAP Protocols and involved in several crash test program. Proficient in Power Inspect and MTS software for tuning Seatbelt Anchorage Test machine. My eventual career goal is to grow along with the organization and become a professional of excellent repute by effectively contributing towards the goal of Organization.

Practical Trainee

Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional Sdn. Bhd. (PROTON)
  • Worked as Test Engineer attached in Passive Safety group under Engineering Validation department was given the task of studying Lower Legs Injury and designed formulation of NCAP calculation for Tibia Index using Microsoft Excel.
  • Assisted engineer in setup crash test car, plus, being witnesses of crash test in MIROS and managed to achieved 4-star rating in ASEAN NCAP for Proton Exora development model.
  • Studied and familiar with UN ECE Regulations and ASEAN NCAP protocols.
  • Learned and managed in tuning the FlexTest IIm Controller for Seat belt Anchorage Test machine to comply with UN ECE R-14 regulations, to ensure the program command requirements are applied to the specimen.
  • Attached in other group during the internship program such as Subsystem, Strength, and Electrical and Electronics.
  • Assisted engineer in Competitor Package Benchmark activity, while managed to understand the process by using ROMER arm equipment and Power Inspect software.
  • Involved in Seat Comfort Measurement activity for 50th and 95th percentile occupant and managed to understand the setup process.

Practical Trainee

  • Responsible in product testing, photometric calculation, and 3D lighting simulation using AGi-32 software.
  • Assisted engineer to set up plotting experiment.
  • Proposed and simulated the arrangement of street lantern (using AGi-32 software) for Sultan Yahya Petra Second Bridge, Kelantan, including the data of photometric quantities and characteristic of road surface.
  • Managed to collaborated with Seremban Works Department, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, and Permintex Electronic Sdn. Bhd. conducted field experiment for Seremban Middle Ring Road, to verify the luminance and illuminance quantities as to meet their standard of requirements.
