Main responsibilities (this positions is held on both ING companies - Life and Pensions - with split contract):

  • Responsible for understanding the business and making recommendations for improvement;
  • Offer support in defining the business requests and manage requirements specifications;
  • Translate the business needs into solutions - to write the functional design based on business specifications, to set up the functional design documentation based on chosen solution, to verify the conformity of the functional solution chosen with ING’s internal and regional standards; 
  • To estimate the necessary length of time for implementing the development (in design and testing phase) and to set up the implementation plan;
  • To identify the necessary resources for establishing the project team
  • Prepare the release package documentation;
  • Conceives and starts the testing plan;

  • To offer support in using promoted applications;
  • To draw up support materials for training sessions for both new team members and colleagues from other departments.

Projects involvement:

  • MyING portal ( – web service for ING clients (Life and Pensions) SOA based. The application offers clients' portfolio details and also the possibility of online transactions in case of unit linked products. For this, I have defined the business process for the online transactions, I have gathered Life400/Pensions400 information that is sent  to the portal, I have helped in designing the screens in order to be easy to use and intuitive and I have also detected dependencies to other business processes and applications
  • Pensions Pillar II and III Statements – annual statements sent to clients - identify the exact processes/programs/databases to be changed, help on defining the new .jrxml in order to comply annually changing bylaws and in the same time to be easy to read and understand by the customers
  • P2 and P3 (Pensions Pillar II and III) reports to CSSPP – reports needed to be sent to “Comisia de Supraveghere a Sistemului de Pensii Private” (CSSPP) - (Commission for Supervising Private Pension System) - 100% my solution - Life400 queries which take out the information in form of required reports
  • SIA (Agents’ Informing System) – applications used by sales force containing all data needed in their portfolios’ administration - here also I had a major role in defining the request and set all information needed to be sent in the portal (SOA based also)
  • New products development - define new insurance products, unit linked - help defining the request, make improvement recommendations, define the functional design for Life400 part

Financial accountant - Payments Officer


Main responsibilities:

  • Performing the automatic payments on electronic banking systems like: ING Mcash/OnLine Banking, Multix BRD, imported from different  software;   
  • Performing the manual payments on ING Mcash/OnLine Banking, Multix BRD;
