Job role & responsibilities:
- Recruitment of technical professionals for the Middle East & North African construction markets.
- Business development and acquisition of new clients within the Middle East and North Africa region.
- Handling ongoing Recruitments for various clients within Middle East & North Africa region, including private and semi government real estate developers, private quantity surveying companies, project managers, building and infrastructure contractors. In this regard, my involvement includes: -
oAdvertising the vacancies locally and internationally using various media.
oCo-ordinating with the resourcing consultants based in the global BBT offices located in over 50 locations worldwide and source suitable candidates from various sources.
oPreparing Job Descriptions based on the information provided by the client.
oCarrying out initial screening of applications and interviewing candidates to access competencies, skill level, etc.
oScheduling the interviews with the client.
oMaking an initial offer to the candidates on behalf of the client where required.
oNegotiate offers by partnering with client/candidate.
oManage candidate process and act as a candidate advocate.
oManage and coordinate offer process, including reference checks, offer letter generation and offer acceptance / declines.
oProvide after sales support to both the client and candidate.
