Responsible for all editorial content used by clients to create custom newsletters with monthly readership of more than 1 million. Accomplishments:

  • Developed partnerships with national brands, such as Pampered Chef, to provide editorial content.
  • Created never-before-offered columns for clients written by topic experts, such as personal coaches, astrologers, chefs and real estate stagers.
  • Identified and instigated new syndicated content streams to enhance editorial productivity.
  • Streamlined editorial processes with new tracking systems to ensure deadline accuracy.
  • Conceived new products (newsletters, testimonials, how-to guides) to improve communication with clients.
  • Increased editorial offerings to clients by 300% over three years, from limited general-interest articles to new subsections focused on dental, health, fitness, legal, real estate, Alzheimer’s, fashion, caregiving, finance, environment/ecology, family, home and garden, technology, fashion, organization and more.
  • Improved client education on company services via creation of online training module (writing script, directing graphics and supervising voice talent).
  • Wrote and designed company’s first press kit to promote company’s brand at conventions and trade shows.
