    1. Various implementation, and coordination projects for New and existing DFA clients.
    • Coordination of two readiness release cycles in EMEA for DFA5. Used google sites to maintain info buckets, and coordinate client and internal trainings in multiple languages with the consulting team.
  • Global Demo Portal Project -
    1. Used a combination of HTML coding, CAMTASIA Studio, Google Analytics, and Sites, to develop, coordinate and manage the creation of self-help videos on various DoubleClick Products.
      Reached out to various subject matter experts, training them to generate raw content, then editing and producing them using CAMTASIA.
  • MediaPlatforms EMEA Portal - An internal Google Project
    1. Created a portal which collected available information on the DART Teams, Tools and Sites. The goal being a one-stop shop for all things related to EMEA MediaPlatforms. Developed a bookmark strategy for feeding the site with new information, and implemented it.
      Edited and produced DFA elearning sessions for Google internal training use.
    • Participated in the North American shred (Self-help videos) taskforce.
      Helped with training, infrastructure advice, and templates for the CAMTASIA portion of the project.

      The goal being to reduce the number of data sources and have one place to authorise, and manage revenue generating Custom Work contracted for and conducted by our engineering team.
