As the founder of the End-Time Handmaidens, Inc., Sister Gwen Shaw has built an international community of women dedicated to the unconditional service of the Lord. The End-Time Handmaidens have engaged in prayer, missionary work, fasting, and other devotional activities for more than three and a half decades. Sister Gwen Shaw’s own history in the faith began when she accepted Jesus into her heart at the age of 17. Dedicated to the Lord by her Mennonite parents when she was born, Sister Gwen Shaw embarked on her life’s work in 1947, when she began her overseas missionary work in China. In 1966, after serving in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, the Philippines, Nigeria, and India, Sister Gwen prayed through for the establishment of the End-Time Handmaidens while doing missionary work in Argentina. Presently, the End-Time Handmaidens continue to pursue their aim of reaching lost souls for Christ by publishing anointed literature, conducting missionary tours, meeting in anointed gatherings, and maintaining a strong community across the globe. The End-Time Handmaidens’ headquarters is located in Engeltal (German for “Angel Valley”) in the Arkansas Ozarks. Sister Gwen Shaw’s life story and message are available in a number of formats, including in her autobiography, Unconditional Surrender; in her Bible study and devotional books; on CDs and DVDs; and in her anointed children’s books.
