Ken started Spero Strategies to leverage the human potential in the marketplace by repackaging it to best fit the "new economy". Ken is a member of the Professional Coaches, Mentors & Advisors organization and the International Coaches Federation. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Community Health Charities of Arizona. He has 22 years of experience in leadership, technology sales, and sales management. Most recently with CH2M HILL, he led Business Development efforts within the SW United States. He also held positions with national sales responsibilities as North American OEM Sales Manager and as Director of Sales. Prior to joining the private sector, he received a Regular Army Commission. As an Army Aviator, he was the commanding officer of a rapid deployable air assault unit. Ken earned his MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA in Communications from Whitworth University. Ken is married and has a son.
