Recruitment & Selection

  • Prepare job Ads & advertise job openings on Rozee.pk/Newspaper, generating applicant pool and maintain resumes in CV Bank.

Performance Management

  • To execute the performance management system of the company. This responsibility includes the in-time execution of performance appraisal reports at each level of staff.
  • Timely generation of confirmation appraisal reports on completion of probation period of employees.
  • Generation of employee career profile for assessments, scheduling assessment interview and communicate it to departmental heads and participants of the assessment committee.
