Country Manager Simulation:
•Completed a comprehensive semester long simulation project that required developing strategies for market entry, pricing, distribution, and product promotions.Project involved a cultural analysis in order to select: placement for manufacturing facilities, choice of SKU’s by market, distribution strategy and required problem-solving when it came to seasonality, promotions, and competitors.
