Customer Service Rep
The Customer Service Representative will:
- Process orders,
- research problems and respond to customers needs and requests by: talking with customers on the phone
- Receiving orders via fax; internet and mail; set-up new accounts and maintain existing accounts;
- Make adjustments to customer files and address customer complaints;
- Handle incoming direct calls and "loop" calls. The Customer Service Representative will also support the Sales Representative daily in regards to customer needs.
