Duties include: I conducted a needs assessment of mentoring organizations in Mobile County via questionnaires and interviews. I performed research to find the best practices for developing and operating a successful mentoring program. I am currently developing a training program and online resource guide for use by organizations, who want to start or strengthen mentoring programs.
