Senior contact for all client service matters relating to UK omnibus and field and tab services. Taking the client from the point of quotation through to delivery of data/invoicing. At this point I stepped away from our core insight community business (see Account Manager description below) to focus on our market panel services.
In addition to day-to-day client service matters, I was heavily involved in new business ventures such as attending industry networking events and handling majority of fresh inbound leads from our press and digital marketing. During this period I was working part-time, 28 hours p/w spread over 5 weekdays.
