  • Manage aspects of scheduling, budget control, operations analysis, safety, contract oversight, policy and procedure administration, evaluation, hiring, remediation, and disciplinary processes.
  • Aided in team planning and instrumental in implementation of comprehensive departmental realignment to meet volume and fiscal needs, resulting in a 3.3 million dollar positive budget correction.
