Counter Manager/Bartender

Clay's Restaurant

I always delivered outstanding customer service and sales. Under the extreme pressure of authorizing and organizing reserved parties of 50-100 people on average, I never skipped a beat and constantly handled stressful situations with grace. I achieved any and all tasks with precision - quickly and efficiently. I was even given a raise after only 2 weeks, which exceeded all others in an equivalent position who had been there for years.

Insurance Quoter/Data Entry

Roger's Benefit Group

As a quoter, I would input client information into Excel spreadsheets, then into an assortment of different insurance companies and finally, compare the quotes. I maintained constant contact with agents and clients and received nothing but positive feedback. To successfully do my job, I had to utilize countless technologies. As a result, I am very knowledgeable when it comes to computers, as well as almost any program. Also, I answered the phones, took messages and organized clientele files. I was often asked to perform duties beyond my job requirements and happily complied, succeeding expectations.
