  1. Data Analysis and Reporting : preparing different type of reports, like daily, weekly report on HelloCash service points, customers and transactions are on daily basis; and processing different type of reports on special request from clients, and internal departments that are used as input for new project designing, identifying potential focal points for HelloCash.
  2. System configuration: configuring HelloCash Mobile and agent banking system as per requirements of clients (FIs) and work arrangements with operations team.
  3. Testing: Making different type of testes (acceptance, smoke, exploratory. Testes) on HelloCash Mobile and agent banking software and making sure the system is working as expected before and after delivering the system to HelloCash clients (FIs). And performing daily testes on functionality of HelloCash channels
  4. Training and education: providing training for newly hired staffs, Trainers and clients (FIs) about the product.
  5. Providing support: providing operational and technical support for external clients and internal departments when there is new feature (update) or having any difficulty in the platform by means of face to face assistance and issue tracking software’s. And accepting new feature requests and making sure they are implemented as per requirements with tech team.
  6. Agent Data management: managing and updating HelloCash agent’s location, branch and all information’s and publishing the information on HelloCash website that will be used for locating agents for end users and customer support team.
  7. Manual and Document Drafting:  Preparation of training materials and manuals and forms for Banks, Agents, customers about HelloCash platform.
  8. Support special projects and providing operational support on the projects that need intera-department cooperation and preparing work flow documents as required.
