Functional Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, organize and coordinates operations of vehicles physical flow management (reception, accessorization, storage, order preparation, and timely dispatching), through the best logistics scheme in terms of Cost, Lead time & Quality to ensure that supply chain goals are met.
  • Improve operations system, process, and policies to support the organization’s mission.
  • Develop strategies and objectives and leading a team of managers and supervisors in executing these strategies and objectives.
  • Ensure that the distribution centre is optimally organized to provide excellent service to customers by ensuring all vehicles are delivered on-time and damage free.

Key Accomplishments

  • Activation of Stock Maintenance in order to keep a healthily vehicles in good condition with rust-free situation.
  • Activation of Wax Station to prevent rust in all slow moving vehicles.
  • Activation of "N-2" project for accessorization new vehicles by using "Pull System" in order to optimize Parts availability and vehicles sales to ensure On-time delivery.
  • Achieve 100% location numbering in parking slots inside stockyard.
  • Achieve 100% of shading the stockyard.
  • Establishing additional stockyards to keep controlling seasonal changing in stock level.
  • Applying "D-1" Concept: by arranging next day dispatch plan in a Pre-Delivery area to be dispatch next day.
  • Applying Dispatch Plan by arranging the requested no. of transporter to dispatch the vehicles Kingdom wise in order to keep On-time dispatching above 95%.
  • Applying rust repair plan to ensure all sold vehicles can be dispatch 2 days after sales.
  • Monitoring Location accuracy above 95% of total stock vehicles.
