Act as Lead sales engineer and perform the sales of polyethylene pellets (LDPE, MDPE, HDPE grades) and LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) for domestic and export oriented market. Provide customer care service through telephone and official negotioations. Determine orders accurately. Ensure the completion of orders in due time. Support efficient accounting executives and maintain open files to make sure utmost customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include but not limited to sales coordination,contracting,logistics of polyethylene pellets, LPG, granulated sulphur, polyethylene pipes and fittings from 10¢ to 250 ¢, polyethylene pallets, polyethylene containers for domestic and international market requirements (EU, CIS countries, China, Iran, Afghanistan). Coordinate group of 8 sales engineers and 2 customs specialists. Routine responsibilities include travel up to 15 % of the time of international travel. Initiate sales contact based on corporate strategy. Coordinate effective delivery of sales presentations, technical and commercial proposals media means as appropriate. Discuss technical details of product development goals with engineers and customer staff including procedure and plans. Visit customer sites to ensure quality of service, interface with customers and provide consulting services on occasion. Perform post-project customer follow-up and prepare associated completion reports. Represent company in a professional and knowledgeable manner.Manage, maintain, and grow an existing account base focused on promoting company products and services. Develop strong customer relationships at all levels (plant engineers, research and technology experts, purchasing managers, and senior management).
